As a Solid Waste Engineering Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll be responsible for marketing and managing services to a broad range of clients with an emphasis in the Solid Waste Market. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of effective strategies for expanding/growing new business opportunities. You'll work with the business operations team to influence and drive business and client development in a strategic and structured manner.

You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of effective strategies for expanding/growing new business opportunities. You'll work with the business operations team to influence and drive business and client development in a strategic and structured manner.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering (MS is a plus)
- 15 years of engineering consulting experience
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) a plus
- Demonstrated client development and management success
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Technical expertise to prepare and review construction documents, including specifications
- Experience with preparation of proposals and statements of qualification
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HydroCAD and other computer modeling software a plus
