Role Description (PE Project Manager)

We are seeking a Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our West Palm Beach, FL office. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects including stormwater management, infrastructure development and redevelopment initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing designs, collaborating with project teams and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory guidelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and local agencies to deliver effective and sustainable project outcomes.

Qualifications (PE Project Manager)

·        Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

·        5 to 10 years’ experience in the civil engineering field

·        Florida Registered PE

·        Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR (or equivalent), Adobe, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office

·        Previous experience managing projects

Key Responsibilities (PE Project Manager)

·        Design and oversee construction of roadways, storm drainage systems, and utility systems

·        Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

·        Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

·        Develop project plans and budgets

·        Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise

·        Prepare and review technical reports and drawings

·        Manage project timelines and meet deadlines

·        Must have a valid Florida’s Drivers License and own vehicle

Role Description (EI Project Engineer)

CDI seeks a dynamic, motivated entry-level Civil Engineer to join our team. The position is full time with competitive salary and benefits. Training and mentoring will be provided by licensed professional engineers on staff. Responsibilities will be progressive and will ultimately include preparation of engineering studies; surface water management calculations; lift station calculations; plans for site layout, paving, grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, etc. to meet local, state, and federal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be willing to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications (EI Project Engineer)

·        Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

·        0 to 5 years’ experience in the civil engineering field

·        EI certification

·        Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

·        Must have a valid Florida’s Drivers License and own vehicle
