Role Description
CivicNexus is seeking a full-time Director of Sales and Marketing to lead their sales and marketing initiatives on-site at their Honolulu, HI office, or remotely. The role will involve developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing customer service operations. The Director will work closely with organizational leadership to drive revenue growth and elevate the reach of the CivicNexus platform. This role will bridge both inbound and outbound lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Experience in Sales Operations and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Insight into the civic, nonprofit, or public policy sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or commensurate experience in a related field
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
