Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist state license
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload
