Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment goals and recovery strategies
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
- Manage a productive clinical caseload while delivering exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending state Physical Therapist license
- BLS Certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day
