- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Support case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes
Requirements
- Licensed Attorney in New York
- Experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong negotiation and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
- Salary up to $150,000
- 10% commission on settlements
