Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and emotional support to youth in a residential setting
- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments
- Coordinate and administer medication management
- Facilitate nursing education groups for residents
- Respond to physical health concerns and ensure overall wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct care teams
- Serve as a medical resource and consultant to staff
Requirements:
- Active Kansas LPN license
- Driving License
