Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location- Round Rock , TX
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA services to children and families
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary providers
- Participate in staff training and professional development initiatives
- Support clinic operations and program development efforts
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
