You.
A senior strategic leader with sound judgment, this person will support the execution of a national business and thought leadership platform championed by the CEO of one of the country’s most historic brands. This person has led big strategic remits for Fortune 100 companies and loves to collaborate with senior client stakeholders to deliver points of view, plans and outcomes. They know how to read between the lines, build coalitions amongst diverse interests and guide clients through unfamiliar waters. They dig into the details but can always bring it back to the 10,000 foot view. They are curious about the problem, but in love with finding the solution. They are a master at translating information and ideas into presentations, memos, pitches and talking points.
Responsibilities.
- Lead and coordinate engagement with a cross-functional group of senior leaders and stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to align priorities, drive progress, and deliver results against key assignments.
- Develop high-quality materials for senior audiences, including presentations, briefing memos, agendas, meeting summaries, and strategic documents, demonstrating strong writing and design capabilities and the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.
- Translate emerging ideas and concepts into concrete plans of action, operating effectively in ambiguous environments and advancing initiatives even when the path forward is still being defined.
- Design, develop, and steward initiatives from concept through execution, spanning experiences, communications, partnerships, and strategic programs.
- Conduct independent research and engage external partners and experts to evaluate opportunities, gather intelligence, and act as a trusted extension of the client and their brand.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and effectively navigating complex stakeholder environments and decision-making processes.
- Deliver market and landscape analysis, including customer segment sizing, trend identification, and opportunity gap assessment.
- Develop deep subject-matter familiarity, synthesizing insights from multiple sources and acting as a knowledgeable advisor to the client while drawing on specialized experts when appropriate.
- Formulate clear points of view and strategic recommendations that help clients evaluate options and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal agency teams and subject-matter experts across the network to develop integrated solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

- Maintains excellent client relationships, and is eager to drive new business opportunities and partnerships, and to open doors where they can
- Deep experience with a wide variety of client solutions including: digital communications and marketing, media relations, customer experience strategy, experiential marketing, retail strategy, partnerships, executive communications, B2B marketing, etc.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills and prolific capacity to create documents of all kinds
Education Experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years experience developing and driving insight-fueled strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand. Some agency experience strongly preferred.

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
