Account Coordinator
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week)

THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Coordinator to support one of our entertainment brand accounts. You’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of experiential activations while helping manage daily account operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing activations, events, and partnerships
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure internal alignment across workstreams
- Coordinate vendor outreach, quotes, resourcing, and paperwork (SOWs, COIs, POs)
- Support onsite event execution, guest experience, logistics, and troubleshooting
- Participate in client calls, take notes, and distribute recaps and next steps
- Maintain project status documents, asset trackers, and event tools
- Foster strong working relationships across internal teams (creative, production, strategy)
- Conduct cultural trend research and competitive audits within the entertainment landscape
- Gather references and support creative concepting decks
- Identify relevant creators, media partners, and experiential innovations
- Manage team calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, and organization across platforms
- Ensure accurate file management and knowledge sharing across the team
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Travel as needed for events and be comfortable working evenings/weekends as required by production schedules
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, entertainment, production, or agency environments (internships count!)
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- A passion for entertainment, reading/listening, and/or pop culture

Salary : $64,000 - $67,000
