What Will You Do?

· Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service at our Yuba City/Marysville location

· Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

· Handle and manage rapid cash flow and be 100% accountable for company assets and property.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.

· Well groomed appearance

· Ability to work in various temperature like coolers and outside temperatures

· Ability to validate a bill and an ID

Willingness to cross train with Barista Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, following company recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and tables.
• Stock and organize inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Physical Requirements

This position requires constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching/ squatting. Frequent or occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 60 pounds is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., coffee bags, milk cartons, etc.). Repeated use of hands and wrists for operating coffee machines, grinders, and cash registers. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for tasks such as pouring, tamping, and pressing buttons. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Ability to handle hot liquids and equipment safely.
