This Is An On-site, Full Time Position
Responsibilities
Ensure all daily brand standards are consistently met across spa operations
Uphold and monitor cleanliness standards throughout all spa facilities
Communicate team needs, challenges, and opportunities directly to Spa Management
Assist with back-of-house (BOH) inventory levels, including ordering and dispensary stocking
Execute monthly spa linen inventory and maintain accurate records
Lead, motivate, and hold spa attendant team accountable (LMA – Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable)
Support training and onboarding of new spa attendants as needed
Assist management in creating a seamless, elevated guest experience through operational excellence
Qualifications
Previous spa, hospitality, or wellness operations experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and management
Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, and transport linens, supplies, and equipment as require
