We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees daily operations across Laundry, Public Areas, and Heart of House (HOH), ensuring the resort's cleanliness standards and guest experience remain best-in-class.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable across Laundry, Public Areas, and HOH
- Manage laundry operations: monthly linen inventory, linen quality control, and preparing linen weights for Rooms, Spa, Programs, and F&B
- Order and maintain laundry chemicals and supplies
- Oversee lost and found
- Oversee public areas and HOH cleanliness: restrooms, trash receptacles, outdoor railings, doors, and overall resort condition
- Manage the overnight cleaning company/vendor relationship
- Support scheduling, training, and daily supervision of housekeeping staff across both areas
- Partner with Director of Housekeeping on labor management, standards audits, and Forbes/service culture compliance
Qualifications:
- 2 years progressive housekeeping/laundry leadership experience, luxury/resort preferred
- Experience managing linen inventory and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
