What are the responsibilities and job description for the AMI Case Manager position at CIV Team?
Job Summary:
The AMI Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and completion of specialty exam visits as ordered by government contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain national provider contracts.
- Assists applicants with coordination of specialty exam visits.
- Conduct medical records reviews in compliance with government contract standards.
- Serves as liaison between the CIV Team, Applicants, Provider office, and government contract officials.
- Processes escalations from provider offices regarding AMI visits.
- Answers phone calls for the CIV Team – Remedials call group.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Data Entry experience.
Education and Experience:
College degree or equivalent experience required.
At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working using a computer.
