- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, manage service expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with capacity to oversee multiple sites, priorities, and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting practices, as well as safety and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
