Full-Time with Benefits | Monday–Friday | 32-40 hours per week
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office | 2 days remote

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Partner to join our team. This role is essential in supporting Loan Officers by providing outstanding client service, ensuring smooth loan processing, and managing critical administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication.
• Collect and follow up on documentation, resolve missing information, and prepare complete loan files.
• Review and verify borrower documentation for accuracy and eligibility.
• Run credit reports and order appraisals.
• Analyze income and bank-statement-based income calculations.
• Run AUS findings (DU/LP) and issue pre-approvals, ensuring each file meets all guideline and compliance requirements before submission to processing.
• Coordinate closely with processors and underwriters to ensure smooth loan flow.
• Assist with prospect follow-up and outreach to business contacts.
• Maintain and update the CRM database.
• Set up and manage loan files, adhering to required timelines.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, partners, and referral sources.
• Support marketing initiatives and manage social media presence (experience in social media is a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a related mortgage role.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Encompass.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong understanding of loan guidelines and AUS findings.
• Dependable, deadline-driven, and consistent in communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
