Veterinary Criticalist

We all dreamt of being veterinarians and worked hard to make it happen. Making a difference was always part of the plan—but why does it sometimes feel like climbing uphill to find the right job?

At Arista Advanced Pet Care in Atlanta, we keep it simple: It’s a shared venture where veterinarians own their hospital, meaning decisions are made locally and immediately. And yes—we live by our values: Always Pick Up the Poop; Yes, We Can; Freedom Through Trust; Create Community; Just Wag. We believe in working hard, laughing out loud, and making every tail wag along the way—including yours.

Join Our Critical Care Team

If you’ve got the skills to keep hearts pumping and find joy in being a veterinarian, we want you on our team!

What We’re About

Motivated by our vision for better veterinary care, we—a dedicated group of clinicians—decided to reimagine how specialty and emergency veterinary medicine is practiced. We’ve integrated advanced & customized technology, built a care navigation function to make the whole process seamless, and made sure every voice on the team is heard. When veterinarians run their own hospitals, teams thrive.
