Do you love people just as much as you love pets? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our growing team at CityVet Lower South End!
As the first and last person our clients see, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient and client who walks through the doors at CityVet Lower South End. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and always greets people with a smile, we'd love for you to join our team!
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth visit
- Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
- Support the veterinary team to keep the day running efficiently
- Help create a clean, organized, and inviting hospital environment
What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus
- A genuine love for people and animals
Schedule
- Part-time for the potential to become Full-Time
- Primarily weekday afternoons with at least 2 Saturday mornings a month
