  • As a Guest Experience Specialist, you are an integral part of The Company’s ability to make golf fun, convenient, and accessible for everyone. Your tasks and responsibilities (which may change subject to the growth and development of the organization) are outlined below: 


  • Represent CitySwing in the local community, building relationships to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service 
  • Welcome all visitors, and be able to explain how the simulators work and offer assistance with gameplay.
  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers as part of providing exceptional service.
  • Actively promote and sell memberships, private events, and all other CitySwing products to customers. Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right services.
  • Check-in clients and guests for lessons, sim rentals, and events. 
  • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and relevant information, including CitySwing’s products and services.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products/services offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases 
  • Keep retail displays stocked and visually appealing.
  • Work closely with the event coordinator to execute corporate and private events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, troubleshoot simulator issues, and help with basic tech support as needed.
  • Take customer food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) orders and deliver them promptly 
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with customers 
  • Comply with inventory control procedures 
  • The position may require lifting up to 50 lbs
  • All other duties as assigned
