Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on target demographics and competitors in new launch cities.
- Assist with social media management, ad campaigns, and email marketing (copywriting, scheduling, performance tracking).
- Create engaging content: blog posts, website copy, flyers, videos, and presentations.
- Support community outreach initiatives and local event planning.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and managing databases.
- Complete a final marketing project: Develop and present a comprehensive marketing project at the end of the internship. This project will involve identifying a specific marketing opportunity or challenge for Cityside Fiber and proposing innovative solutions and strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration.
- Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.
- Current junior/senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, video editing, or graphic design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
