Traveling Superintendent (Employee Owned / ESOP Company)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Nationwide Travel Required)
Salary: $110K – $160K base salary DOE
Well established General Contractor with offices across North Carolina and South Carolina is looking to hire a Traveling Superintendent due to continued company growth and an expanding project pipeline.
The company specializes in industrial, manufacturing, cold storage, and food processing facilities, with projects typically ranging from $1M – $150M, although some projects have exceeded $350M in value.
This position will involve nationwide travel overseeing large scale construction projects across the US. The company has a strong reputation within the industrial / manufacturing sector and offers long term career progression, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to work on complex, high profile projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, food processing, and/or cold storage facilities
• Experience working on large scale construction projects valued at $80M
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
