Construction Project Manager
Upstate SC general contractor seeking a Project Manager to work on manufacturing and industrial construction projects. All work is in Upstate, which means no travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial and manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
- Lead design-build and CMAR project coordination efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design partners.
- Support field operations through close collaboration with Superintendents.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Comp/Benefits
- $ 120,000 - $125,000 base salary
- $1,350 monthly vehicle allowance fuel card
- 3–5% commission on project profits (strong earning potential)
