Salary Range: $32-38/hour (based on experience)

Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Monitor and record vital signs when necessary.
- Support the front desk with dental receptionist duties as required.
Skills
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices.
- Proficiency in using dental software, particularly Epic and Dentrix.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Experience or knowledge in endodontics and prosthodontics.
- Ability to take vital signs accurately.
- Competence in four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
