Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and service activities
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support café employees
- Coordinate staff assignments and workflow during busy service periods
- Ensure coffee, beverages, food, and service meet company quality standards
- Provide professional and welcoming customer service
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and routine service issues
- Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of coffee, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Manage cash-handling, POS procedures, and daily operational records
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe café facilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service efficiency
- Assist with employee onboarding, coaching, and performance development
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Perform additional management and operational duties assigned by ownership or leadership
Requirements
- Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred
