Sales Representative — Glass, Windows & Glazing
Cityproof | Immediate Opening
Starting base salary: $50,000 annually uncapped commission
Cityproof is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and expand our existing book of business. The primary focus is developing customer relationships, managing active opportunities, following up on proposals, and closing sales. Targeted prospecting will support continued growth.
Our services include soundproof interior windows, exterior windows, storefronts, and interior glass and metal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and qualify project opportunities
- Manage active leads and proposals from initial conversation through a signed agreement
- Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts
- Meet with property owners, building managers, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with estimating and operations to develop proposals and answer project questions
- Follow up consistently, address objections, and close sales
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on sales activity and anticipated closings
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
- Coordinate a clear handoff of sold projects to operations
Qualifications
- A few years of sales experience, with demonstrated success managing customer relationships and closing business
- Sales experience in the glass, window, or glazing industry is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities while providing responsive customer service
- Willingness to learn technical products and explain their value clearly
- An existing book of business or industry network is a plus, but is not required
Compensation & Opportunity
- Starting annual base salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commission, with no ceiling on commission earnings
