The ideal candidate will have a background in offset printing, and possess the technical expertise to ensure optimal press performance.Responsibilities:1. Press Operation:- Set up and operate Komori printing presses to meet job specifications and quality standards.- Monitor press performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.2. Quality Control:- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure printed materials meet or exceed client expectations.- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve any quality-related issues.3. Maintenance:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on Komori presses to ensure their proper functioning.- Coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs and upgrades.4. Color Management:- Manage color profiles and make necessary adjustments to achieve accurate and consistent color reproduction.5. Help in other areas when workload is slow.Qualifications:- Experience as a Press Operator in a printing or graphic arts environment.- Knowledge of printing presses and offset printing processes.
