Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions that align with our business requirements.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure the system is optimized to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality and standards are adhered to.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration and customization capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
