Residential Scheduling Representative
Position Summary:
Responsible for all residential sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Meets business goals of signing customers up in residential areas. Give support to B2B sales by offering customer service to active customers when they contact a rep about a problem. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Conducts cold calls. Demonstrates the ability to carry on a conversation with homeowners and influence the outcome.
- Qualifies leads as potential Citynet customers by obtaining sufficient information to make a determination.
- Responsible for residential sales in the assigned area. Meets and exceeds sales quotas.
- Utilizes Citynet's prospect database (Sales Force) for record-keeping, order taking, workflow creation, and scheduling installs. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in effective sales presentations when meeting with potential clients to offer telecom-internet-managed service based on Citynet's product portfolio.
- Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations to homeowners and RFP responses that identify prospect problems, the effects of the problems, and solutions to their problems.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models and prepares quotes.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Summarizes weekly activities to review during designated sales conference calls
- Works with all other departments within Citynet as needed including sales support, engineering, provisioning, billing, and management
- Acts as a liaison for current customers and other Citynet departments to solve technical or billing issues.
