We’re looking for motivated, technically-minded sales professionals with great personalities to join our growing team.
If you love Apple products, enjoy helping people of all ages, and feel confident supporting technology, this could be the perfect role for you. We provide on-the-job training for Apple product knowledge as well as technical training for both software and hardware support—though prior experience is always a plus.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and support abilities
- A genuine desire to listen, assist, and educate
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills and a passion for learning
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous technical or cell phone sales experience (preferred but not required)
