- Welcome and orient clients, giving them a clear path to the Center’s programs and services.
- Conduct personalized intake and assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals.
- Create tailored work plans to guide clients on their journey toward holistic success.
- Coordinate with CityLink’s network of partners and volunteers to connect clients to resources.
- Manage client records, service plans, and referrals with the utmost respect for confidentiality.
- Continuously advocate for and support clients with compassion and purpose.

- A degree in Social Work or a related degree with relevant experience
