Onboarding Specialist – Hospitality Technology (Operations)

CityCheers is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help restaurants and bars successfully launch on our platform. This role sits within Operations and is responsible for taking new venues from signed agreement to live and ready for activation.

What You’ll Do- Own onboarding from contract → go-live
- Coordinate setup across billing, gateway, and internal teams
- Ensure each venue is fully prepared for launch
- Confirm Champion contact and Connect Portal access
- Deliver a clean handoff to the post-launch team
- 3 years as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or Shift Lead
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with POS or restaurant tech is a plus
- Able to manage multiple venues at once
- Transition out of restaurant hours into tech
- Fast-growing hospitality platform
- Clear path into implementation and operations leadership
