CityCheers Media Corporation is a fast-growing hospitality technology company helping bars and restaurants increase revenue through our marketing and mobile payment platform, the CityCheers SuperApp.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to onboard new restaurant and bar partners, train staff on platform usage, and drive early adoption of ExpressCheck and loyalty programs. This role ensures venues successfully launch and actively use the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new venues and manage implementation
- Set up Connect Portal access and ExpressCheck configurations
- Train venue teams on ExpressCheck, loyalty, and Champion Program
- Monitor performance during the first 6–8 weeks and provide guidance
- Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding and early support
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve adoption
Requirements
- 3 years as a General Manager, Shift Manager or Bar Manager in a hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience training and managing staff
- Comfortable with technology and mobile applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience with POS systems (Toast, NCR Aloha, etc.)
- Experience in hospitality tech or SaaS
