CityBus is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to be the go-to expert for everything related to pay and benefits! What You’ll Do

Keep payroll running like clockwork: Process bi-weekly payroll for around 130 employees, including hours, overtime, deductions, and garnishments.

Support benefits that matter: Administer health insurance, retirement plans, disability claims, and other perks. Help employees understand their options and make the most of their benefits.

Ensure compliance: Stay ahead of federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations. Prepare reports like W-2s, 1095s, and 457(b) filings with accuracy.

Be a trusted resource: Answer employee questions, collaborate with HR and finance, and improve processes to create a seamless experience for everyone.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.

Salary : $50,000 - $61,500
