CityBus is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist passengers and promote a positive public image of our transit services. In this role, you’ll provide information about routes and schedules, respond to customer questions and feedback, and help ensure every rider has a great experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM

  • Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM

  • Saturday: 2:30 PM – 8:40 PM

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and a professional attitude

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service role.
  • Must pass required drug screen and background checks and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

  • Technical Proficiency - Demonstrates the ability to learn and utilize relevant computer applications and software to support efficient customer service operations.
