Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for an Assistant to the Director/Office Administrator. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing office operations, handling phone communications with professionalism, maintaining records, and performing general clerical tasks. The Assistant will also collaborate closely with the Director to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Hard working and caring -responsible individual with: strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle daily office operations and maintain accurate records
  • Exceptional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to ensure effective and professional interaction with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, demonstrating organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and exhibit attention to detail
  • Familiarity with non-profit organizations or the arts sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
