In Cleveland, City Year partners with A.B. Hart Elementary, Sunbeam Elementary, and Mound Elementary to support local students and schools.
This full-time, on-site Impact Manager role is located in Cleveland, OH. The Impact Manager will oversee a team of City Year AmeriCorps members, providing coaching, guidance, and supervision as they deliver tailored support to students in partner schools. Responsibilities include relationship-building with school leaders and stakeholders, analyzing data to assess outcomes, implementing strategies to enhance program delivery, and ensuring City Year’s service model aligns with school and district goals. The Impact Manager will strive to create a positive environment for AmeriCorps members to grow professionally while ensuring program objectives are achieved.
- Team leadership and mentorship skills, including experience guiding and developing individuals or teams
