Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Philadelphia, PA with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for property listings, conducting property showings, closing real estate transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and regulations, as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setting
- Knowledge of the Philadelphia, PA real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
