Role Description The Sales Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE. This role oversees insulation projects from initial customer inquiry through completion, including estimating, proposal development, and coordinating installation schedules. The person in this position will manage project timelines, ensure materials and crews are prepared, and monitor project progress to meet quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with contractors and homeowners, providing product recommendations, and resolving customer concerns. The Sales Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, track sales performance, and support overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and follow-through from bid to project close-out.
- Analytical skills to interpret project specifications, review estimates, and make data-informed decisions that align with budgets and timelines.
- Customer service skills to provide responsive support, manage expectations, and ensure a positive experience for both contractors and homeowners.
