Role Description The Facility Solutions Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Lexington, KY, with some work-from-home flexibility. This position manages day-to-day facility services for assigned client accounts, including coordinating janitorial and maintenance services, scheduling work, and ensuring service quality and compliance with client expectations. The Facility Solutions Manager regularly visits client sites, conducts inspections, resolves service issues, and builds strong relationships with clients and vendors. The role includes monitoring performance, managing budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, property management, or related service coordination roles.
- Strong client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess service quality, address issues, and implement improvements.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including on-site facility visits and remote administrative work.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or scheduling tools) and willingness to learn company systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular site visits within the Lexington area.
