Role Description
This is a full-time on-site / on-the-road role based in West Chester, PA, for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager). The role involves providing exceptional support by managing and enhancing client relationships, conducting regular facility inspections, and ensuring high-quality delivery of contracted services. Key responsibilities include coordinating with service vendors, addressing client concerns promptly, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring contract compliance. The Facility Solutions Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and client-focused communication skills
- Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously with time management and problem-solving abilities
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related industry is preferred
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, contractor/vendor management, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in using technology tools such as CRM systems and standard office software
- Ability to assess client needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
