Compensation
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
- First-Year Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 with bonuses
- Performance-based bonus structure

Core Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of outside B2B sales experience with a focus on new business generation
- Proven prospecting experience through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits
- Strong negotiation skills, including contract and service agreement negotiation
- Experience working in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment (20 calls weekly, 5 new presentations, 3 proposals delivered per week)
- Preferred industry backgrounds: Uniforms, Facility Services, Information & Document Management, Payroll Services, Car Rental, Insurance
Sales Competencies
- Ability to follow and execute a structured sales process
- Strong pipeline management using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Consultative selling skills with strong discovery and qualification techniques
- Effective territory management and daily field organization
- Experience developing and presenting customized proposals aligned to client needs

Requirements
