Major Account Sales Representative

Position Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking a driven, competitive, and high-energy Major Account Sales Representative to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is passionate about generating new business.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
  • First-Year Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 with bonuses
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • High achievers have significant upside based on results

Core Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of outside B2B sales experience with a focus on new business generation
  • Proven prospecting experience through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits
  • Strong negotiation skills, including contract and service agreement negotiation
  • Experience working in a high-activity, metrics-driven environment (20 calls weekly, 5 new presentations, 3 proposals delivered per week)
  • Preferred industry backgrounds: Uniforms, Facility Services, Information & Document Management, Payroll Services, Car Rental, Insurance

Sales Competencies

  • Ability to follow and execute a structured sales process
  • Strong pipeline management using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Consultative selling skills with strong discovery and qualification techniques
  • Effective territory management and daily field organization
  • Experience developing and presenting customized proposals aligned to client needs

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated track record of quota achievement and year-over-year growth

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience selling B2B recurring revenue services
  • Exposure to facilities management, janitorial, or maintenance services

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Conduct outbound calls, networking, and social selling efforts
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to uncover needs and present solutions
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking

Requirements

  • 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (3–4 years preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to meet performance goals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Outgoing, energetic, and career-driven

Work Environment

  • In-person role in Jacksonville, FL
  • Monday–Saturday availability
  • Reliable commute or relocation prior to start date required
