City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an outgoing, driven, and motivated individual to join our expanding sales team. City Wide Sales Executives receive a lucrative base salary, an uncapped commission plan, a car allowance, benefits. Successful first-year Sales Executives earn $70-100K with second-year peak performers averaging $125K . Also seeking recent college graduates and future college graduates looking to pursue a career in sales.

As a project manager who also prospects for new business, you seek out & sign up new commercial clients and then manage the projects. You run the full cycle from lead generation to close and manage the work using our network of independent contractors. Our teamwork-oriented and highly successful operations team offers over TWENTY building and facility services. If that sounds interesting, then City Wide Facility Solutions could be for you!

Objective: As a Sales Executive in our Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Division, you hunt for new clients that need the 20 services that we offer. Once you've closed the sale, you will manage the project using our network of specialty partners. You will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with these clients, ensuring City Wide Facility Solutions is the First Choice for their next project.

Essential Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in new monthly projects.

  • Schedule appointments, understand Client requirements and execute proposals and presentations.
  • Explain our service capabilities, overcome objections, and contract preparation when needed.
  • Continually build the prospect pipeline each day, achieve metrics, and win business.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through specialty partners.
  • Add a positive presence to the work atmosphere by conducting business and communicating in a team-like manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • While 2-3 year prior history working in a B2B sales environment is preferred we pride ourselves on employee development.
  • “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstration of analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and highly detailed implementation of skills (ability to follow-up).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to use our CRM systems.

City Wide's Commercial Facility Maintenance division offers 20 Building Maintenance Solutions for our clients, such as Tenant Improvements, Office Remodels, Parking Lot Care, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Floor Care, Handyman Service, Power Washing, and Lawn Maintenance.

Our sales team enjoys uncapped commission potential and avenues for professional growth. City Wide values every person’s contribution and maintains a culture of customer focus, integrity, and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Base salary $55,000 to $60,000 per year, plus commission and car allowance
