Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and caring Part-Time Bus Monitor to join our team. This position plays an important role in assisting passengers, ensuring their safety, and supporting the driver during transportation.
Schedule:
- Split Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Monday through Friday (with occasional flexibility if needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely.
- Ensure all passengers are properly seated and secured.
- Provide support and supervision during transport to maintain a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and passengers.
- Offer care and assistance to passengers with special needs.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality.
- Ability to assist passengers with limited mobility.
- Previous experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or in transportation support is a plus (but not required).
