- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and trade evaluations
- Handle internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and customer follow-up
- Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale
- Become knowledgeable on Volkswagen vehicles, trim levels, technology, safety features, and financing programs
- Perform professional vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer communication and sales opportunities
- Complete manufacturer training and maintain product knowledge certifications
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth ownership experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and dealership CSI scores
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
