- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to internet inquiries, incoming calls, and showroom guests
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Learn Volkswagen product information, technology, trim packages, and financing options
- Follow up with customers using CRM and dealership software systems
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores and positive online reviews
- Work closely with finance, management, and service departments
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
