Position Summary:
CVH is searching for an experienced, energetic Social Media and Marketing Content Coordinator to support our rapidly growing enterprise. CVH is expanding to many different sectors of the healthcare industry, so the incumbent will get to work with a diverse team of individuals developing content for various business models and revenue streams. This position will report directly to the VP of Patient Experience and Brand Management and have the opportunity to collaborate with other executive level leadership.

  • Website, digital and branding/marketing/sales content, strategy and development
  • Graphic Arts and Photography needs for CVH and subsidiaries
  • Creative and content development and business material needs for all external and internal efforts related to CVH and subsidiaries
  • Day-to-day advertising and marketing implementation oversight for CVH and subsidiaries – creates and assists in research, strategy, content creation, placement, execution, and metrics
  • Social Media management for CVH and subsidiaries – day-to-day content creation and management, to include customer and public engagement
  • Coordination of email blasts and sales and marketing email, which may also include the email platform work, such as Campaign Monitor or Constant Contact
  • Continued brand development and management to promote marketing and sales within the community - to include community branding, awareness and sales networking and advertising
  • CVH vendor management for CVH and subsidiaries
  • Assist with patient experience and customer service, as needed, for CVH and subsidiaries
  • Assist with internal and external communications, as needed, for CVH and subsidiaries
  • To work with CVH partners in Office of the CIO and assist with technology and execution of executive presentations and town halls, to include digital platforms, presentation materials, follow-ups, and track impacts, as applicable
  • Work with the VP of Patient Experience and Brand Management, and senior leaders, to support the areas of patient experience, marketing and sales, internal and external communications and relations, brand development and management, stakeholder and employee engagement, government and regulatory affairs, and other areas of the business, as needed, for CVH and subsidiaries, as well as other duties as assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in public relations and communications, and/or related fields applicable to this position.
  • Strong understanding and history of successful customer service and ability to establish and maintain effective relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extremely effective oral and written communications and presentation skills, strong analytical ability, and the ability to prepare efficient and effective communications.
  • Ability to use office technology and creative arts software.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
  • Work may include some evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Staying current and embracing changing forms of communication and engagement.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
Physical Demands:
  • Occasional standing, walking, grasping, carrying, and speaking
  • Frequent sitting, reaching, bending, and stooping
  • Frequent use of computer, keyboard, copy and fax machine and phone
