Service Coordinator (Call Center Representative)

City Toyota is looking to hire a Call Center Representative, also called a Service Coordinator, for our BDC. The BDC is a call center that is responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing service calls. A good candidate is someone that is very organized and customer service driven. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and evolving.

Pay

· The Service Coordinator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $20.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) to $1,500.00.

Responsibilities

· Promptly answer all calls and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to our wide range of customers

· Work with customers to set appointments, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns

· Maintain a positive environment, work with co-workers as well as customers within a diverse culture

· Make outgoing calls to remind customer’s when their maintenance is due or to inform of a recall

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Reliable, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to actively listen and get necessary information needed to resolve customer concerns
