Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr

Schedule:

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM
• Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM (Full-Time Only)
• Monday-Thursday | 5:30 PM‑2:00 AM and Friday | 5:30 PM-12:00 AM (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Weekend Shift

• Friday-Monday | 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM (Full-Time 4x10)
• Saturday-Sunday | 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM (Part-Time 2x10)

Location: South Burlington, VT (On-Site)

Duration: Open-ended long-term temporary assignment with no set end date. Potential for permanent hire based on workload and budget.

Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and validating customer and account information while maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
• Review data for deficiencies, discrepancies, or errors
• Correct inaccuracies and validate completed work
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information
• Adhere to established procedures and quality standards
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Work collaboratively with team members to support operational objectives
