What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Advisor and Assistant Membership Director position at City Sports Clubs?
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Membership Advisor and Assistant Membership Director to join our team. You will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets
Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships
Collaborate with Membership Director to implement effective external marketing strategies
Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions
Pay Range for Assistant Membership Director (AMD)
Tier 2 AMD $18.00 hourly, plus net commissions.
Tier 1 AMD and membership advisor- Current minimum wage $16.50 plus net commissions.
Monthly bonus opportunities for AMD up to $3,000
