What we are looking for in our PT Assistant Managers
- Must be passionate about health and fitness & have Product knowledge as well!
- Willingness to mee with 300 new members every month in need of assistance to reach their goals.
- The ability to help customize one on one personal training
- Quality Control of PT Department and Personal Trainers
- Servicing new and current clients
- Leaders that are capable of building and developing individuals that want to be in the health and fitness industry
Duties:
- Meet with current and new members of the club for a fitness assessment
- Customize a personal training program based on a member's goals and aches/pains/injuries/medical conditions
- Manage the Personal Training Department - PT Sales Staff and Personal Trainers
- Provide customer service to all clients in our PT Program
- Drive sales production of the personal training department
